    | 1. Trim the fat from the pork (reserve the fat). | 2. Cube the pork. | 3. Cook fat until it releases enough grease. Take out the fat. | 4. Turn the stove to high and add pork to the grease. Cook until lightly seared outside. | 5. Add all ingredients. Only add enough water to barely cover the top of the pork. Bring it to boil for 5 minutes. | 6. Cover and lower the temperature to simmer. | 7. Stir occasionally. Cook until all liquid has evaporated and the outside of the pork is caramelized. Pork should separate very easily at this point. | 8.
