    | 1. Mix barbecue sauce and 1/2 chipotle pepper (if you like it spicy add the whole pepper), heat over low heat. | 2. Add shredded roast, and simmer (you may need to add just a little water). | 3. In small bowl combine the other 1/2 to 1 whole chipotle, adobo sauce, orange marmalade and honey. | 4. Heat in microwave. | 5. Spoon a couple tablespoons of meat mixture in tortilla. | 6. Add cheese and drizzle with marmalade sauce. | 7. Heat for about 25 seconds in microwave. | 8. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onion and cilantro if desired. | 9. I like mine with out any lettuce or tomatoes. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
