    | 1. Cook the meat in enough water just to cover it and simmer until tender and water is consumed. | 2. You may cube it or shred it acocording to your preference. | 3. Pour this sauce over the meat and fava beans. | 7. Season with salt to taste. | 8. Simmer everything until sauce is halfway consumed. | 9.
