    | 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees with pizza stone heating as it warms. | 2. Dissolve yeast and sugar in hot water. | 3. Let sit for 8 minutes. | 4. Meanwhile mix flour and salt. | 5. Pour yeast mixture and olive oil over flour mixture and mix well with a heavy spoon. | 6. Let rise in warm place for at least 30 minues. | 7. Turn onto floured surface and knead for 2 minutes. | 8. Spread into a 12-14" circle. | 9. Place crust on Pizza pan/stone, poke holes in it with a fork and back for 8 minutes. | 10. Mix the tomato paste, salsa, chipotle and its sauce and spread on cooked crust. | 11. Top with Monterey Jack Cheese and bake for another 8 minutes. | 12. Mix the taco meat and black beans, spread on the twice baked crust. | 13. Top with red, yellow, green peppers, scallions, jalepenos and then the cheese. Lastly top with cilantro and back another 8-12 minutes until cheese is melted to your tastes. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
