    | 1. Place chopped onions and minced garlic on the bottom of slow cooker. | 2. Place chipotle peppers and adobe sauce on top of the bed of onions. | 3. Mix dry ingredients and salt. | 4. Cover chicken with the spice mix and put on top of the onions. | 5. Pour salsa over the chicken. | 6. With lid in place cook chicken on high for 4 hours or on low for 7 hours. | 7. Remove bones and skin when the chicken is done and shred the meat, add meat back to the sauce. | 8. Enjoy in soft or crunchy tacos or in my favorite burritos! | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
