Place seasoned chicken in baking dish. | 5. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper. Cut the bell pepper and onion into 2-3 inch strips. | 6. Arrange the vegetable strips and olives around chicken. Spoon salsa evenly over veggies. | 7. Bake until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear; ~20-25 minutes. | 8.
