    | 1. Preheat Grill. | 2. In a blender combine the lemon juice, orange juice, orange zest, chipotle and adodo sauce, brown sugar and salt. | 3. Puree until smooth. | 4. With motor running slowly add oil. | 5. Puree for 2 minutes. | 6. Pour into a bowl and set aside. | 7. Take a sharp knife and cut lobster tails in half lengthwise. | 8. Brush sauce on meat. | 9. Place meat-side down on grill. | 10. Cook for 3 minutes. | 11. Turn tails meat side up. | 12. Drizzle remaining sauce on meat. | 13. Cook for 4 minutes, or until meat is opaque. | 14.
