    | 1. In a large cast iron skilled over medium high heat brown beef. | 2. Reduce heat to medium and add the tomatoes, onion, garlic and ginger. | 3. Stir well. | 4. Stir in the coconut milk. | 5. Sprinkle with oregano, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. | 6. When mixture comes to a boil reduce heat to medium low. | 7. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until beef is tender, around 1 and 1/2 hours. | 8. Stir in beans, cooking for an additional 15 minutes. | 9. Taste and adjust seasonings. | 10.
