    | 1. Combine onions, peppers, garlic, cilantro, vinegar, and lime juice. | 2. Toss to mix. | 3. Season with salt to taste. | 4. Add more lime juice if desired. There should be about 1 1/2 cups of salsa. | 5. Salsa can be made several hours in advance. | 6. Preheat grill to high. | 7. Brush and oil grill very well. | 8. Lightly brush both sides of arepas with some of the melted butter. | 9. Arrange arepas on grill, and and grill until toasted and brown, about 2 minutes. | 10. Turn over with a spatula or tongs and grill on other side about 2 minutes. | 11. Transfer arepas to a platter and brush with any remaining butter. | 12. Top each arepa with some of the salsa. | 13.
