    | 1. take a bowl and add the water (Luke warm or cold) then add the salt and mix very well , little by little add the corn flour to prevent lumps and mix it with your fingers in circular motion, when finished adding the flour let it rest for a few minutes 5 to be exact, make like "snow balls" and squeeze it in your palms until you have a 2 inches thick arepa ,turn on the stove take an iron skillet and add some veggie. oil put the arepa on top, when is toasted in one side turn it around and toast it on the other side (carefully because is hot)once is toasted on both sides put it in the oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, the toppings are endless you can open them in the middle and add butter any kind of cheese, ham, etc. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
