    | 1. Combine dressing ingredients. Taste to make sure the flavors are balanced. Set aside. | 2. Cook the bacon until crisp. If there's not enough grease, add the olive oil. Drain on paper towels. | 3. Heat up the remaining olive oil and add steak to the same pan (I've used round and flank steak). Season with roasted garlic seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook almost to desired doneness. Add Worcestershire sauce and toss to coat all the meat. | 4. To assemble the salad:. | 5. Divide the bag of lettuce between two plates. | 6.
