    | 1. Start potatoes to boil for mashing. | 2. Brown beef with peppers and steak sauce, add onions towards the end of the browning so they soften slightly. | 3. Drain browned beef leaving enough of the juices for flavor and place in a medium casserole dish. | 4. Add beans, soup and corn if desired and stir to mix well. | 5. Spread mashed potatoes on top of mixture. | 6. Bake covered in an oven preheated to 375 for 25 minutes. | 7.
