    | 1. Cut meat strips into 1/4" by 1/4" by 1 1/2" pieces. | 2. In a heavy skillet, heat olive oil. Add meat and brown well, then add onions, garlic and continue cooking until onions are clear. Add mushrooms and cook until done. | 3. Add water, consommé, nutmeg, pepper, paprika and Stroganoff Seasonings. Cover and cook slowly until meat is tender. Stir occasionally. | 4. Remove cover and cook until mixture thickens slightly. | 5. Before serving add sour cream and chives and blend with noodles then serve. | 6.
