    | 1. In a large heavy pot add in the beef, salt and pepper and sauté over a high heat. After 5 minutes add the oil and stirring the beef and when the beef is golden brown add garlic, onion, water, chili paste, and ginger and oyster sauce and bring to a boil and after 5 minutes on high heat reduce to a simmer.
