    | 1. Slice Bacon into small pieces and fry in frying pan, until brown but not entirely crisp. | 2. Mix the Flour, Salt and Pepper together. | 3. Coat the Liver in the Flour mixture and fry in the Bacon grease until cooked through. (If you soak the liver in Milk for up to 1 day, it cuts down on the "metallic taste" that many people aren't fond of). | 4. Slice the onions and the Mushrooms and place the Bacon back in the pan, fry until onions and mushrooms are cooked. | 5. Add Pepper, Beef OXO and 1 1/2 Cups of water to the pan and bring to a boil. | 6.
