    | 1. Blend salt and pepper with 1/2 the flour and thoroughly coat beef. | 2. In a heavy bottom pan, melt 2 Tbsp of the margarine and add beef, brown evenly. | 3. Stir in remaining flour and add back beef. | 5. Add beef broth and mix in packet of onion gravy mix. | 6.
