    | 1. Place the pepper, garlic, cinnamon, salt, allspice and cayenne pepper in a resealable bag and mix well. | 2. Add the steak, tossing to coat and let stand 1 hour. | 3. Pre-heat grill and cook steak 5 minutes per side. | 4. Remove from grill and let stand 10 minutes. | 5. While steak is resting grill the onions and red bell peppers. | 6. Remove and slice into thin wedges. | 7. Slice steak very thin. | 8. To assemble pizzas spread equal amounts of pesto on each pizza round. | 9. Top with the peppers, onions, steak and cheese. | 10.
