    | 1. Lightly mix beef, seasoned salt, black pepper, egg, crumbs and 1/2 cup of the spaghetti sauce and press firmly into a 10-inch pizza pan. | 2. Cook macaroni in boiling salted water for 10 min. | 3. or until tender and drain. | 4. Mix macaroni with celery, parsley, 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese and the remaining spaghetti sauce and spread on top of meat. | 5. Bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes. | 6. Remove from oven. | 7. Sprinkle with rest of cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese. | 8. Lightly brush green pepper rings with oil and arrange in a circle on top of pizza. | 9.
