    | 1. In electric skillet or frying pan brown beef strips (can use pam spray, i did not use). | 2. when browned add seasonings. | 3. add canned zucchini and tomatoes. | 4. simmer ( i left mine for 30 minutes in electric skillet) can be put on low and left to simmer, only melds flavors. | 5. stir occasionally. | 6. meanwhile cook egg noodles according to package directions. | 7. add small amount of water to beef mixture if needed. | 8. drain egg noodles. | 9. serve beef mixture over egg noodles with juice. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
