    | 1. Marinate steak in shaoxing wine, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water. | 2. Heat oil, stir-fry beef until meat separates. Set aside. | 3.
