    | 1. Cook noodles according to package directions. | 2. When they are tender, drain them and toss them with 2 tablespoons butter- Put the noodles in a 2-quart casserole. | 3. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet. | 4. Add the onions and mushrooms and sauce for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. | 5. Add ground beef and cook and stir until meat is browned. | 6. Add almonds, soup, sour cream, salt, pepper and brandy. | 7. Spoon meat mixture over the noodles in the casserole. | 8.
