    | 1. Brown the ground beef in a large pan. | 2. Remove from pan, and drain excess grease from pan. | 3. Saute pepper and onions. | 4. Add ground beef back to pan with pepper and onions. | 5. Stir to blend. | 6. Add Italian seasoning. | 7. Add tomatoes and just heat slightly. | 8. While beef is frying- (step 1) cook pasta according to directions. | 9. Add cooked pasta to beef and veggies. | 10. Stir together to mix. | 11. Add salt and pepper to taste. | 12. Adjust seasonings. | 13. Slightly mix two eggs and add pan. | 14. Turn burner to high setting and stir the eggs quickly in the pasta beef mixture. | 15. About 1 minute. | 16. Turn burner to low. | 17. Add cheese. | 18. Cover. | 19. After one minute, turn burner off. | 20. Check after 2 minutes to see if cheese is melted. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
