    | 1. Trim fat from beef steak. | 2. Cut beef into very thin strips. | 3. Toss beef, 1 TBSP cornstarch, 2 tsp oil, the salt and pepper in ziploc bag. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. | 4. Cut bell peppers into thin strips. | 5. Cut green onions into 1 inch pieces. | 6. Mix 2 tsp cornstarch, water, soy sauce and sesame oil. Set aside. | 7. Heat skillet or wok until very hot. | 8. Add 3 TBSP vegetable oil; rotate skillet to coat bottom. | 9. Add beef and ginger. Stir-fry 1 minute or until meat is browned. | 10. Add bell peppers; stir-fry 1 minute. | 11. Stir in cornstarch mixture; cook and stir 15 seconds or until thickened. | 12. Stir in green onions. | 13.
