| 1. Put flour, salt & pepper in large Ziploc bag. | 2. Heat oil over medium heat in a large dutch oven or soup pot. | 3. Place meat in bag with the flour and shake well until coated. | 4. Shake off meat pieces and add them to the oil and stir until slightly browned. | 5. Add remaining flour to pan and finely chopped onion. | 6. Stir until well browned. | 7. Add remainder of ingredients, except potatoes & peas. | 8. Cover and cook on low heat for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. | 9. Add potatoes, cover a cook 1 additional hour, stirring every 15 minutes. | 10. Add canned peas, cover and cook 1/2 - 1 additional hour, stirring every 15 minutes. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
