    | 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according to directions on box and set aside. Saute about a 1/4 of each pepper { you can exclude any peppers you don't like} in 1 to 2 tbls of the olive oil until soft. Next add the ground chuck, chopped onion, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.While that is cooking slice the velveeta cheese. Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish then layer half the velveeta cheese on top. Once the ground beef is browned, drain then put back in pan, add the marinara and stir until heated thru. Put the beef mixture on top of the cheese and pasta. Now sprinkle parmesan cheese to taste {about 1/2 cup}. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minute Remove and put remaining velveeta cheese on top then put back in oven uncovered until melted thru.
