    | 1. Cook the egg noodles in a quart of salted water until done. Drain, but save 1/4 cup of the cooking water. | 2. Saute the onions until transparent, then add the meat and cook until hot. | 3. When the noodles are nearly done, add the tomato, peppers and sour cream to the frying pan, stir and then add the drained noodles. | 4. If the mixture looks too dry, add the pasta water and stir. | 5. Salt and pepper to taste. | 6.
