    | 1. Cook the bacon in a medium skillet over medium-high heat, until golden. | 2. Add onion, celery, green pepper, and garlic. | 3. Cook until the onion is soft. | 4. Stir in chili powder, oregano, salt and hot sauce. | 5. In a medium bowl, combine contents of skillet with the salsa, ground meat, breadcrumbs and egg. | 6. Spoon mixture in large loaf pan. | 7. Place in preheated 350 F oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. | 8. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven until the cheese is melted. | 9. Remove from oven let stand for at least 10 minutes. | 10.
