    | 1. Cut steaks into 1/2 inch cubes. | 2. Mix flour, salt, pepper, & garlic salt into bowl. | 3. Roll cubes in mixture and fry just enough to sear on all sides and place in large roaster. | 4. Mix the Au Jus and Brown gravy with water and pour over steak. | 5. Add onion and celery. Cover. | 6. Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour. | 7. Mix Country Style Gravy with 1 cup water and add to roaster. Stir slightly. | 8. Continue cooking for additional hour. | 9. Prepare noodles as directed. | 10. Serve the beef tips over the noodles. | 11.
