Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan and add the garlic and onions and cook them for about 3 minutes or until they are soft Put the garlic and onion mixture together with the meat in a large bowl. | 15. Add the jam, vinegar, stock, and chili sauce to the meat and stir well. | 16. Place in ovenproof dish, cover, and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes. | 17. Remove the cover and turn oven up to 475 degrees. | 18. Place your biscuits on top of the meat and bake, uncovered, for about 30 minutes Serve. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
