    | 1. Boil 10 cups of Water with Red Pepper and Garlic Salt added. | 2. Cut Potatoes into 6-8 pieces each. | 3. Add to boiling water. | 4. Meanwhile, boil 10 cups of Water with Salt. | 5. Chop Carrots into thin slices. | 6. Finely chop Red Onion. | 7. Add Carrot and Onion to second pot of boiling water. | 8. When all vegetables are fork tender, drain them thoroughly, but do not rinse. | 9. Finely chop Cabbage. | 10. Mash Potatoes together with the Carrots and Onions. | 11. Gently mix Cabbage into the Potato mixture. | 12. Chill vegetables. | 13. In small saucepan combine beer, vodka, white wine, water, and milk and bring to a boil. | 14. Mix all seasonings in a small bowl. | 15. There are 20 seasonings listed and all are absolutely essential. | 16. Add seasonings to the boiling mixture. | 17. Boil mixture for 5 minutes with seasonings added. | 18. Remove mixture from heat and chill. | 19. When vegetables and sauce are chilled, add sauce to veggies. | 20. Mixture will be pretty runny. | 21. Return to refrigerator. | 22. In a large bowl, combine chopped Lettuce, Tomatoes, chopped Carrots, Corn, Peas, and chopped Green Beans. | 23. Toss fresh veggies with the chilled veggie/sauce mixture. | 24. Serve cold. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
