    | 1. Preheat oven to 350F, grease a 9x13 baking dish. | 2. In large bowl mix, oatmeal, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. | 3. In a small bowl, mix eggs, vanilla, milk and apple sauce. | 4. Gradually mix together, do not over mix. | 5. When full mixed add in nut mixture. | 6. Pour in greased pan, bake for 20-30 or until knife comes out clean. | 7.
