    | 1. Boil the two cups of rice in water until just done. | 2. Do not over cook this or you will have mush for dinner. | 3. Drain the rice in a colander. | 4. In the mean time fry the onions on med heat in ghee until golden brown. | 5. Add the ginger garlic and the green peas. | 6. Stir fry for a minute. | 7. Add the spices (leave them whole). | 8. Add the chili (if you like spicy food break it open) otherwise leave it whole. | 9. Stir fry till the peas are done. | 10. Add the salt and then gently add the rice. | 11. Stir it gently until all the ingredients are just mixed. Place on a microwavable serving platter. | 12.
