Ensure that the coating is thick and is not running at all. | 8. Heat oil in a wok. | 9. Fry okra in hot oil in small batches. | 10. Fry till brown. | 11. Remove excess oil by draining on paper towel. | 12. DO NOT COVER AT ALL. | 13.
