    | 1. Oil the fry pan. | 2. Heat the pan to a medium heat. | 3. Meanwhile, beat your eggs and chop the veggies and chicken. | 4. Saute the onions and fry the chicken breast. | 5. add the rice, tomatoes and ketchup, fry until warm, but make sure ketchup does not burn. | 6. Add salt and pepper. | 7. Dump the fried rice mixture into another bowl and set aside. | 8. Make sure there is no rice or a lot of ketchup in the fry pan. | 9. Oil fry pan again if needed. | 10. Put the eggs in the pan. | 11. Swirl the eggs around the pan as they cook in order to make an even circle. | 12. When the egg has cooked, turn off the heat. | 13. Put some rice mixture in the left side of the egg and then flip over the right side to the left over the rice. | 14. Take the frying pan and flip the omelet onto a plate. | 15.
