    | 1. wash the meat I used beef for this one put it in a pressure cooker pressure cook for 20 minutes | 2. the water from this will become stock then set aside. | 3. add olive oil. | 4. in dutch oven brown the onion. | 5. add garlic ginger and green chili. | 6. add masala. | 7. stir then add tomato and cook till it dissolves. | 8. add meat to cook in the masala. | 9. cut the Asian pear in small pieces and add to the meat. | 10. then add stock from cooking the meat and simmer for 40 minutes. | 11. at the end add some cilantro. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
