    | 1. Slice whole green chilis into twenty two 1/2 inch wide strips. | 2. Cross 2 strips in bottom of each of 11 greased 6 ounce baking cups. | 3. In large bowl,combine chopped green chilis,salsa,salt,and cumin. | 4. Stir in rice and cheese. | 5. Spoon into baking cups. | 6. Cover and chill. | 7. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. | 8. Let stand 5 minutes. | 9.
