Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. | 8. Add patties to the pan, and cook for 3 minutes on each side or until browned and crisp. | 9. Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on top half of each bun. | 10.
