    | 1. In a large skillet, cook beef, onion, and green pepper over medium heat until beef is no longer pink. Drain well. | 2. Add rice, corn, stewed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. | 3. Stir in Velveetta cheese, until cheese melts. Spoon into greased 9x13 baking dish. | 4. Combine cracker crumbs, pecans, and melted margarine, and sprinkle over top of casserole. | 5.
