    | 1. Taco Pie Crust. | 2. In a sauce pan bring broth, butter and salt to a boil. | 3. Add rice, cover, turn to low and cook for 20 minutes. | 4. Cool rice slightly, add eggs mix well. | 5. Press mixture into a 9 inch greased pie plate, going up sides. | 6. Set aside. | 7. Taco Pie Filling. | 8. Brown ground beef, drain fat. | 9. Stir in garlic, cumin and salt, cook 2 minutes longer. | 10. Remove from heat, stir in taco sauce, egg. | 11. Spoon into prepared rice pie shell. | 12. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. | 13. Taco Pie Topping. | 14. While pie is cooking, mash avocado together with onion, taco sauce, salt and lemon juice. | 15. When beef pie has cooked the 25 minutes, spread avocado mixture over the top and cook another 5 minutes. | 16.
