    | 1. Dice onion and celery. | 2. Melt butter in a large frying pan or sauce pan. | 3. Add onion and celery and saute until soft. | 4. Add oatmeal and seasonings. My mom uses poutry seasoning and that is really nice too. | 5. Stir until well mixed. | 6. Moisten with water until clumpy. | 7. Gently pack into the turkey cavity bottom and top. | 8. Roast the bird as you would with bread stuffing. It smells wonderful. | 9. You can also make this as a side dish if you steam it in the pan.
