    | 1. Put all ingredients except oil in bowl. | 2. Let mixture sit while you warm the pan to medium high. You don't want the oil to smoke. | 3. Put oil in pan and heat. | 4. Drop batter mixture (it should be quite thick and chunky) by teaspoonfuls in to the pan. | 5. Flatten each fritter slightly with a fork. | 6. Fry each side until golden brown. | 7.
